INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH

My versatile skillset lets me contribute to projects across nearly any subject area. An interdisciplinary approach means I can move seamlessly between engineering, design, and project management as a project demands spotting roadblocks early, planning solutions with the team, and mapping out an alternate path when things change.

By leveraging skills in engineering, project management, design, I am able to foresee potential roadblocks, plan out solutions with the team, and create an alternative path for execution.

My creative and versatile skills can be found in my CASE STUDIES section below. Have a quick look.

STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR PRODUCT EXPANSION

Strategic business development for product families that are built to last, balancing near-term execution with long-term value creation and sustainability.

MACRO AND MICRO TACTICAL PLANNING

Agile project management that works at both altitudes using macro roadmaps and micro day-to-day execution with built-in risk mitigation for programs that shift under you. I draw on engineering, design, and program management background to keep plans grounded in what's actually buildable.

ENGINEERING PROBLEM SOLVING

I have teams solve complex problems methodically, using tools like A3, PDCA, Kepner-Tregoe, and Six Sigma. The goal isn't just an answer, it's a repeatable process the team can trust, and outcomes that stand the test of time.

3D VISUALIZATION AND WHITE BOARD

Pictures are worth a 1000 words which is why I love to sketch out ideas with the team. I use drawing to effectively communicate ideas, product mechanics, as well as tactical planning. It’s an excellent way to start a conversation around an idea and solicit feedback from all team members.

EXCEPTIONAL PRESENTATION SKILLS

I'm comfortable presenting complex ideas to executive leadership, distilling a lot of moving parts into a message that's clear, direct, and easy to act on. A good presentation doesn't just inform; it should leave the room confident about the decision in front of them.
